Every parcel is shipped next working day (Monday – Friday) or same day - depending on chosen shipping option, beyond situations out of our control, when we contact you to provide the best possible solution.

To prevent any inconvenience when parcel is delayed, we always advice to order in advance to busy periods like Christmas, Easter but also birthdays, or your upcoming projects. 

We do understand that sometimes it is not possible, please email us with subject “urgent”

in case of any parcel loss or damage and other highest importance orders.
 

Please note that we may not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement before investigation, but we will provide best possible solution.

Kindly note that shipping and delivery is not available during weekends and Bank Holidays. While some carriers may deliver on Saturdays, this service is not guaranteed.

Available Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

Next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery if ordered before 12 pm,  All orders made after 12pm are dispatched next working day (Monday-Friday). No deliveries during weekends and Bank Holidays.

You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information and one-hour delivery time slot, notified in advance by SMS or email (live tracking available).

In the event that you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with the wrapping label on). 

Contact us with your full name and order number to start the return process. Please ensure to include these details in the package when returning the item. For returns, kindly use the address provided below:

Upon receiving your items, a refund will be issued to you promptly.

Please kindly note that our DIY KITS are partially digital, and we do not accept pattern and tutorial returns. We also do not refund postage (including returns)

If you’re unhappy with your KIT, you can always return cords and accessories for a partial refund.

  International shipping cost (Royal Mail, UPS or other carrier.) is calculated at the checkout and depending on a weight. Please check the rates below.
